1. The deal

The Site offers free browser games for your entertainment. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, simply don't use the Site — no hard feelings.

2. Playing the games

You may play the games for personal, non-commercial enjoyment on any device you own. No account is needed and no payment is ever required to play.

3. Our content

The games, their code, artwork, names, text, and design — including Sky Runner, Neon Breaker, and Tile Fuse — are the property of Webmaster & More and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, republish, embed, resell, or redistribute the games or substantial parts of the Site without our written permission. Linking to any page on the Site is always welcome.

4. Fair use of the Site

Please don't: attempt to disrupt or overload the Site; scrape or bulk-download it; use bots to fake scores or traffic; or attempt to bypass or interfere with advertising. That's the whole list — go set some high scores.

5. No warranty

The Site and games are provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep everything fast and bug-free, but we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your high scores live in your own browser and can be lost if you clear your browser data — we can't restore them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webmaster & More shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed ten U.S. dollars ($10) — which, we note, is more than the Site has ever charged anyone.

7. Advertising and external links

The Site may display third-party advertising (see our Privacy Policy) and links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites or advertisers.

8. Changes

We may update the games, the Site, or these terms at any time. The effective date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
