Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 20, 2026 · Applies to onesmallgame.com ("the Site"), operated by Webmaster & More, Los Angeles, CA.
The short version
We built this arcade to be played, not to harvest data. We don't ask for accounts, we don't collect names or emails to let you play, and your high scores never leave your device. Below is the full picture.
1. Information we do not collect
The Site has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and no gameplay data collection tied to your identity. We do not sell personal information.
2. Scores and preferences (stored on your device)
Games save your best scores and small preferences (for example, your last difficulty level) using your browser's localStorage. This data stays in your browser, is never transmitted to us, and you can erase it any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.
3. Our first-party visit counter
When you load or play a game, the page sends a small anonymous signal to our own server (the same one serving you the page) so we can count plays and see which games people enjoy. This signal contains: the game name, an event type (page view, game start, game over), a random session identifier that expires when you close the page, a score for finished games, and â if you arrived from a link â the referring site. It does not contain your name, precise location, or any advertising identifier, and it sets no cookies. Like virtually every web server, ours also keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting; these are rotated and deleted on a schedule.
4. Fonts
Pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives the technical request data (such as your IP address) described in the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Advertising
To keep the arcade free, some pages may show advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of many third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info/choices.
- How Google uses information from sites that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland are shown a consent message before any advertising cookies are used, and can decline personalized ads.
6. Children
Our games are family-friendly, but the Site is a general-audience website and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. External links
Pages link to other sites (including our main studio site). Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers only onesmallgame.com.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how the Site works â for example, adding a feature that touches data â we will update this page and its effective date. Meaningful changes will be noted on the dev log.
